may be conditions in close relationships that you will just have
to bear with for a time because you won't be able to change them
as yet. There may be at times a sense of withdrawal from someone
close or there may be a separation or a break, again brought about
by circumstances you can't change. You may need to care for someone
close or it may be that you may need to care for yourself. For
the singles, it may be that there is interest in a relationship
that can't go forward as yet or it may be that you're simply biding
your time or absorbed in your own life and concerns. If a relationship
is to flourish, it may come unexpectedly from your circle of friends
or an expanding network of contacts. For those in a relationship,
there may be a focus on care and the practical business of life
and responsibility. It may also be that other interests, concerns

point for a break or change that marks the end of an old cycle

review your situation in a close relationship. There may simply
be delays, interruptions or changes with the normal daily routine

interest if it's been flagging. This period may mark the beginnings
of a revision or 'long term' change with joint financial involvements,

Venus returns to Leo on Aug 9th. This period may also bring past
contacts or financial concerns back into your life. Some of may

While, in the wider sense, social contact will flourish as new
friendships form, romantic relationships may be under a little
more pressure. Saturn journeys in Leo and your solar seventh house
till early Sep. Thus, changing conditions, new structures in relationships
or shifts in the load of responsibility between you and a partner
will be a concern. This will affect both established relationships
and newer ones. Time, patience and the practice of negotiation
will be the road to take to solutions for problems. It may be

absence or a separation to deal with. New dreams, practices, interests

Saturn's move to Virgo on Sep 2nd may see changes around financing
for the home. There may be a new purchase, a need to refinance
or changes in the structure or the division of assets or obligations

Most of the concerns about work or health may be generated by
changing relationships or altered structures or obligations with

year for about three weeks each time. This phase heralds a time
of confusion and misunderstandings that can affect arrangements,
travel, transport, appliances, machinery and communications. The
breakdowns that occur are a function of neglect, inattention,
simple misunderstandings or component failure. They will often
bring to the fore the very contingency we should have planned
for and didn't. When the retrograde phase occurs, watch out for
such possibilities as well as putting off major decision-making
or the signing of crucial documents and agreements. We tend to
miss things while Mercury is in reverse motion and then have to
come back and do them again. A process of review in the retrograde
phase can efficiently show where problems might lie and help us

spending is in the frame for examination. There may be extra expenses
or a change in the pattern of income or with bills. There may
be confusion or disagreement over financial management. Poor communication
may trouble financial organization. You may find it difficult
to deal with someone over money. You may be forgetful or inattentive
with what you have to do. Delay or frustration may come with money.
Don't exceed the budget with impulsive or ill-judged spending.

to Aquarius on Feb 27th then moves forward on Mar 8th. There may
be a surprise or an unexpected development with finance following
on from this at the end of March.
Mercury's second reverse motion cycle begins in Cancer on Jun
15th. Work or health concerns will come to the fore. There may
be delay or frustration. You may have difficulty with co-workers
or setbacks through poor communication. Work may affect health
or vice-versa. There may be unexpected change or confusion with
work or daily routine. Family, diet or your emotional life may
be part of the difficulty. Step back and look at what's wrong
and what you're really feeling. Be patient with communication
difficulties. Deep levels of feeling may need to be explored.
There can be important realizations that follow this time. Mercury
moves forward on Jul 10th.
Mercury's final reverse motion cycle begins in Scorpio on Oct
12th. Career concerns, dealings with authority, professional matters
or the cycle of your responsibilities will be in the frame. Watch
communications. Make sure you're understood and that you understand
what's going on. You may not have your accustomed focus. You may
be distracted or uncertain in your dealings. There may be opposition
to your effort or a situation to resolve. You may deal with a
difficult or manipulative individual in authority. You may return
to past responsibilities or duties. You may have to resolve an
outstanding matter of authority or professional direction. Mercury
returns to Libra on Oct 24th. Discussion and seeing the big picture

Your New Moon comes on Feb 17th. Mercury is retrograde at this
point so be cautious with spending or finances. Review is needed.
However, Sun and Moon are well placed with Pluto, lord of the
underworld. You can forge a new plan, a new dream or cement a
new connection. You can see the course ahead. This may somehow
involve going back to past circumstances or contacts or solving
an old problem in a new way. Set your course for the future but
make sure you give yourself room to move where finance is concerned.
Your Full Moon comes on Jul 30th while Venus is retrograde in
Virgo. There's tension in the air and healing or resolution for
