Grand Cross Auto

Mars in Taurus hovers in your house of home and family, opposing Jupiter in Scorpio as he travels in your house of career. Neptune moves through your sign opposing Saturn in Leo and your house of partnership. Together these planets form the four points of a grand cross that will take you through Dec and usher in the New Year. You will need to adjust as all four of these areas of life go through primary change.

The month begins with the Sun in Sagittarius, putting the focus on friends, hopes and wishes. Get out. Socialize. Lift your spirits with a renewal of connections. Chiron re-enters your sign on Dec 5th, resuming a cycle he began from Feb to Jul this year. New skills or practices, new associates and ideas in some combination form the basis of change at a personal level. Health will, in some way or other, become a concern. Any disparity in the way that you and your partner look after yourselves will need address.

There's tension mid month between responsibilities or professional dealings and relations with partners or close associates. Joint decisions may be testing. Conflicting advice means you may be at odds with someone over what should be done. The Full Moon in Gemini on Dec 15th will raise the temperature, especially where lifestyle and spending are concerned. Balance one activity with another. You may need to negotiate with friends and prepare for difficulty around children.

The Sun moves to Capricorn at the Solstice on Dec 21st, shifting your focus inwards and urging you to stand back a little. Use the Capricorn New Moon on New Year's Eve to set new creative or spiritual practices in motion.

Talking It Through

Mercury is in reverse in Scorpio, bringing negotiations or discussion with authority over outstanding matters of work, money or business. Talk things through and work out who's in charge of what. As the messenger moves forward on Dec 4th, the air should clear and the way ahead reveal itself. Mercury moves to Sagittarius on Dec 11th, bringing friends and discussion to your sphere. Quietly At First

Venus the goddess is in Capricorn. You may want to take things quietly or even withdraw a little. Someone may need looking after. You may operate behind the scenes. The goddess moves to Aquarius on Dec 14th, urging you to find a new and brighter look and upping the ante on social relationships. As she joins with Chiron, there will be personal change or connection with someone new or unusual. The Domestic Front

Mars has been simmering in reverse in Taurus for some time. This will have touched your life with partners or close associates. You may have had to negotiate. There will have been dealings with males or authoritative bodies, obstruction and personal frustration. Whatever tension, conflict or delay you've had will begin to clear or find direction once Mars moves forward on Dec 9th. Decisions or directions can be determined as Mars again passes through an aspect with Saturn in the last week of the month. There will be hard work left to do, but set your course and sail onwards.
