A Time for Strong Choices

With the Sun in Aquarius, the focus is on your friends, hopes and wishes. However, don't be surprised if things aren't clear. Don't fall prey to hopeful expectation to solve problems. The Sun and Mercury the messenger join with mystic Neptune to clash with giant Jupiter, tempting you with impossible dreams or troubling you with exaggerated reactions or wild expectations.

In balance, Jupiter harmonizes with Venus as the goddess moves forward on Feb 3rd, ending the reverse motion journey that began in Dec. There may be success with professional or career matters, especially if promotion or reward for effort feature. An associate from the past may be of benefit. Heed good advice. It's time for strong choices that involve a more creative or spiritual definition of your life. Don't be surprised if your mind wanders. You may lose track or misunderstand communications or arrangements as the month wears on. Your intuitive powers will serve you though if you let them. Don't be a skeptical Ram. Trust your 'feel' for things.

A Full Moon in Leo on Feb 13th illuminates the highways and byways of these issues. Make sure your lifestyle isn't too costly in the lead up to this time. Otherwise you'll be stuck with a bill. For those in a new romance, be perceptive. Neither everyone nor everything will be what you hope.

There are unexpected developments as Mars rolls into Gemini and the Sun into Pisces on Feb 17th and 18th. Someone or something could light the Aries touch-paper and we all know where that leads. Review your situation as the month ends. Something in the bigger picture may be set for change. Go within at the New Moon in Pisces on Feb 28th. Be creative and patient.

Slow It All Down

Mercury the messenger is in Aquarius, bringing friends into focus. You may be discussing your dreams and their realization. Slow down. Other things are set to take the stage of life unexpectedly. The picture's not complete. The more rational things seem, the more likely it is they'll go awry. Mercury enters Pisces on Feb 9th, adding confusion or uncertainty in communications but urging intuitive decisions and creative endeavour. Late Feb is not well aspected for overseas travel. Wait and watch. Don't leap ahead. Focus on inner life.

Catching Up

Venus is out of retrograde on Feb 3rd but moves through Capricorn for the balance of the month. Professional or careers matters and dealings with authority will feature. You may resolve an outstanding issue or problem. Keep up with your responsibilities. Do what you have to do. Take advantage of good relations with those in authority early in the month.

Time for a Change

If life has been hammering at your wallet for the last four months, you can put it down to Mars in Taurus, his reverse motion journey and cosmic clashes with fellow celestials. The good news is that it's all nearly over. However, there's a flashpoint with the warrior planet on Feb 4th as he returns to where the retrograde began. As this edges him into aspect with Pluto, god of the underworld, keep your wits about you and your cool till after Feb 8th. Make strong decisions, not hasty or impatient ones. Keep that fire under wraps. Mars enters Gemini on Feb 17th, clashing with the Sun entering Pisces on Feb 18th. Drive safely. Don't play in the traffic. Avoid struggles for control. Diversify activities. Watch for the 'out of the blue' development or event that will change your plans later on. Stay cool.
