at the gate of Glastonbury Abbey
This sacred symbol, New Jerusalem, is designed to open the Way to higher consciousness and perfect understanding. It contains the energies of a vast array of powers, emerging through the gate of Glastonbury Abbey, a prime example of Sacred Geometry. Simply gaze at the centre of the symbol, with spine erect in Pure World mudra, the tip of your tongue touching the top of your mouth (behind the teeth) and ankles crossed, until you feel yourself opening to the power. In this mudra, the back of the right hand rests on the palm of the other so that the tips of the thumbs lightly touch one another.
Novices should not view this symbol for more than ten minutes a day.
